The Shalom Community Church of Ann Arbor is a bi-denomenational church affiliated with Mennonite Church USA and Church of the Brethren.  More than that, we are a local church with strong ties to our community.  We care about people and are committed to making a spiritual difference to the people around us.

Shalom Community Church is committed to honor the Anabaptist Brethren and Mennonite traditions of peace, simplicity, community and continuing the ministry of Jesus Christ.

Shalom Community Church also is committed to service.  We believe that Christ set the example of serving others and as Christians, we will follow in his footsteps.  As such, we are involved in mission work, both here and abroad.  We support several missionaries in foreign service, spiritually, emotionally and financially.  We are also involved in local service for day-to-day living by supporting organizations focused on addressing serious issues such as  poverty and civil rights.
